PVC Roofing System
PVC roofing systems are chemical resistant single ply membranes designed for low slope roofs. PVC roofing can add extra protection against harmful UV light and increases your roofs puncture resistance.
PVC membrane is begins formation when ethylene and chlorine are combined to produce a vinyl gas. The vinyl gas is converted into a fine powder that is then compounded. During the compounding process additives may be added to increase the durability, flexibility, and colour of the membrane.
PVC membrane comes in rolls of various sizes and thicknesses. PVC roof membranes can be fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted. The rolls are bound together at the seams through heat weldhing.
